Big portions, clean environment, and helpful staff. Service was prompt and food came out quickly. Although they don't have an allergen menu outright, there are plenty of options for those with gluten and dairy allergies.

Good prices, good portions, good value. The hash browns tasted weird to me but that could just be my issue. I didn’t add any sauce to them or anything. Side salad is a good size. Turkey sausage and eggs are good. The juice is pricey. I got cranberry cocktail. This one wasn’t crowded at all around 1pm.

Service was terrific . Food great. Grandson loved his bacon cheeseburger. I had breakfast. This time around was a better experience than my last incident but that was take-out. Props to my server whom I didn't get her name but a great young gal.Food: 5/5

Terrible all the way around.. got to the restaurant and it was jam packed. Asked the cashier who I needed to talk to about my online order. She kept asking the other workers and they just kept doing what they were doing. 10+plus mins after I should've had my food she calls me back to the register because she needed to know my name again. To top this off as the worst online experience they didn't even check their menufy tablet so they didn't even start on my order but had multiple tickets up and tons on food on their grills. They Didn't even try to resolve the issue either as I told them I'll just cancel. It'd be a hour before I had got my order and it was Togo. I was definitely not priority and I will not go back to that business location ever..

I would just like to say what a refreshing and pleasant waitress Janae is. I have not had this type of service in such a long time. She’s so happy and you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you Janae for such great service!!

Janae was such a great waitress!!! I will forever remember her and our experience at Jimmy’s Egg. You can tell she really cared about our group and had such a positive attitude not only towards us, but to all of her tables around us

The food is excellent the service is junk I waited over 30 minutes still no one came over and asked me what I wanted to drink I don't know what New Management took over but ..

First time I went to 21 and Rock, years ago. Horrible experience because of bad food. Today good HOT food. Fast courteous service, and diff I mention good food? I'll come back. The restaurant was clean and modern. Good job. Another visit might make this a 5 star. 10/5 Food still good. Server overwhelmed. Service suffered. That 4 will stand for now.

This was my very first time eating at Jimmy's Egg! I absolutely loved it ! The place was clean and the customer service was great! Vegetarian options: For breakfast I enjoyed steamed Broccoli,avocados,fresh fruit a small salad with ...bacon lol. It was fresh and delicious .
