Attentive service, the shop assistant is very polite and not pushy. My experience in the shop was pleasant. The shop ambiance is welcoming by the great smell of the famous Jo Malone perfumes and creams. Shop is tidy and clean. Highly recommended!

Jo Malone is out of this world!!!! I love it
The person working in the store on 6/7/19 at 4:45pm was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She wasn’t only rude to me she was also snotty to other shoppers while I was in the store. She should be fired. I own my own company and if I saw an employee act like she did, I would be appalled and terminate her immediately.
