There’s a 60% off going on for everything in store. I found out by asking a staff member that the place is scheduled to close on the 18th. With the amount of supplies they have, it might close earlier. It did took a while for a staff to ring me up while I was waiting in front of the only cash register.

Associates at this location is very rushy and rough around the edges. Location is convenient for me because of work, otherwise I would have used another location. Also, I find that they’re not 100% knowledgeable about the brand and what Rituals really is all about.

Nahjee is the associate I was serviced by. I was caught by the unexpected by her racial slick comment and act towards me. Sadly there's noone to supervise and she seemed to be bother overall with her day. Keep your additude and problems at home Nahjee it isn't fair you take it off on a clients. I love Rituals unfortunately this isn't the place where employees are well trained. I recommend a different location.

I absolutely love this place! I have been going here for months now and the customer experience is phenomenal grab you a small cup of their chai tea while you shop!. The products are great and I have seen such a positive difference in my skin. What makes it even better is that the store agents are amazing. They're SO knowledgeable and they don't oversell which I commonly feel with beauty brands.

My first visit ever and the staff was great? The Products are great.. I love anything to do with aromatherapy!!!! The scents from the body care products help relax and soothe the mind

I love this brand a lot. Use alot of stuff from this company. But this location was a bad experience. I walked in, didnt get no help at all. Just was looked at by the two employees the whole time while I try to shop. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I was the only one in store with my fiance. I asked a few questions and got short answers like I was bothering them and no one still didnt ask if I needed help with anything. Need friendly staff!!

Excellent customer service despite they are understaffed. Beautiful display of their products. Speaking of products their scrubs are to die for. Excellent experience

Lovely staff. Got a complimentary hand massage with an exfoliating scrub. Prices are very good. Definitely should stop by.

Y'all need to update your hours cuz i came here and you were CLOSED when your hours said OPEN UNTIL 9pm. Highly disappointed because i made a trip on a whole BOAT to get here to buy your highly recommended products qnd i couldn't. Never making the trip again
