Jocelyn Joseph, MD

Dr. Joesph is one of the most thorough GP I have had. She doesn’t miss a beat! She answers question’s and is never condescending. She truly looks at the patient as an individual.

Dr. Joseph is incredible. She truly cares about her patients - she listened to my needs and concerns and did everything to help me get answers. She kept in close contact regarding my tests/labs and kept me updated. She is patient and kind. I am very impressed with her - most doctors do not show this much care toward patients. I would recommend in a heart beat!!

Today I needed both a new primary care physician and an emergency appointment. I was paired with Dr. Joycelyn Joseph and I couldn't be happier! She was kind and very caring about my issue. She didn't keep me waiting and was very honest, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. She had to refer me to a specialist by the end of my appointment. Not only did she choose a specialist she knew and trusted, she actually did the legwork to schedule my appointment with that doctor for me to make sure my emergency was tended to expeditiously! She then looked over my forms to make sure I didn't miss signing any pages the front office was closed by the end of my appointment and my chart and told me to see her in a month for my check up before I left. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in need of a new primary care physician. She really cares about you.

Dr.Jocelyn Joseph is the rudest, most unprofessional doctor I have ever been to. She doesn’t return phone calls, help you with your medicine in fact she accuses you of not taking the medicine you’ve been on for years. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional care in my life. She’s awful and is the reason I am switching not only doctors but insurance companies as well. I would never recommend her to anyone. She is condescending, arrogant, rude and so unprofessional. I am out of medicine bc she can’t pick up the phone and call the insurance company in a timely manner to explain why I have to be on this brand name medicine instead of the generic which I am highly allegoric to. She is the absolute worst doctor I have ever come in contact with and she shouldn’t be practicing anywhere. I have never been so disappointed and appalled by someone in my life especially a so called “doctor”. Do yourself a favor and go find another doctors she is the worst!

You will never meet a more by the books doctor that actually cares about your health. Either a Dr is shady and nice or they are smart, but know they are smart. NOT DR JOSEPH! She is the most intelligent person I have ever met and has a caring personality, aura to back it up!

From the moment I entered the office, the staff was welcoming. The front office was quite efficient. Dr. Joseph was approachable, knowledgeable, and had a comforting yet professional disposition. Her assistant was thorough and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Joseph and this office to anyone!

Hopefully I am never sick again, but If I am I will be going back to see this fine doctor. I recommend her very highly!
