I have been seeing Dr. Patino since 2005 and have never had a problem. Over the years I have found him very competent and trustworthy. I have never had any issue with him regarding my healthcare. I did have issues with his male nurse Doug…. But Doug is no longer there. It seems that there are people writing reviews who have not given this practice a chance. I have referred several people to Dr. Patino… including my husband! I can’t imagine going to anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr Patino for about 15yrs..I have only had very positive experiences on every vist..he is very knowledgeable, has the best bed side manner...he listens and responds with the utmost care and professionalism and follows up to make sure you are responding to treatment and getting well.. The nurses are the same..always very friendly, and attentive and make sure you are comfortable..especially Adrianna, she is a gem. The admin staff is also the nicest and most friendly ppl...Paul when he is there , and Maggie who is there at the front desk most of the time..she is just super...the whole practice is one of a family atmosphere and they make the experience of going to the Doctor pleasant and for me, enjoyable.

Dr. Patino has been my doctor for over 10 years now and I could not be happier. I have recommended several people to him and they are happy with him also.Due to my illness I have to see him often and everyone in the office is always very attentive and friendly. Sure we all have bad days but I've never noticed anything that was not kind. I can't understand why there are any bad reviews.

I came for medical exams for Canada. Pros: Paul, an African American receptionist was very neat and efficient. The manager, Brad L. Harris, is knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Cons: No free parking The lady receptionist was very rude and incompetent. What a combination. Does not offer an itemized bill, which leads to an impossibility to file for an insurance claim. ---------------------------- Doctor Patino was fast and rather impatient. He does not show reasonable will and patience to educate patients for informed choices. Be careful and educate yourself very well before coming. But this may very well be alright due to the nature of my visits.

I have been seeing this doctor for about four years. He is a compassionate doctor, and knowledgeable doctor, and a supporting doctor. He wants his patients as healthy as possible and will work with you to achieve your goals. I love this doctor and his awesome staff. Sometimes I have to call twice about medications, sometimes my medications are ready 10 minutes after I call, blame that on the system and not the people. Other than that I would recommend this doctor to my family and friends and those I love.

I've never had such a terrible experience at a doctors office in my entire life. Dr. Patino seemed caring at first but he talked over me and wouldn't listen to what I was saying about my ongoing problems. He gave me false advice about the prescriptions he was giving me as well. When it came to prescribing me my medication I told him I needed generic because I was paying out of pocket. He said that he sent a fax to the pharmacy for the generic medication but when I called the pharmacy they said he didn't fill it out right. I couldn't afford the large amount of money for a name brand medication. When I called the doctors office back about this to get it fixed, I was treated extremely rudely by Douglas. He yelled at me for no reason and was unnecessarily combatant with me. I was just trying to get my prescription fixed so I could actually pay for it. He said he would call me back but never did and he wouldn't let me talk to Dr. Patino. Douglas should not be in the medical field period. I've never been treated so poorly in any service field let alone the medical field. I can't believe a doctors office would have someone as incompetent as Douglas working for them. I also feel that Dr. Patino cares more about making money for name brand medication than actually caring for patients in need. Look elsewhere if you want a good doctor and welcoming atmosphere. This was an absolutely terrible experience. I want to save others the trouble of wasting their money and time at a doctors office that doesn't care about their patients nor treats them right.

Doctor Patino is a great doctor. I have a big complain for Brad Harris, he's rude and doesn't have good attitude. It's a shame that he's not able to provide help when is needed. He only repeat and repeat the same sentences and doesn't try to find a solution.

Best general practitioner around. I drive an hour each way so my husband and I can stay with him. He's very kind hugs with each greeting , he listens and asks a lot of questions. He is a very thorough doctor. He also has a big heart and genuinely cares about his patients .

I was a patient of Dr Patino's but now urge anyone reading this to PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. The first red flag for me was when Dr. Patino would perform a physical on me he would always comment on my body in a sexual way that would make me uncomfortable. He even went as far as to send me messages on my personal Facebook with a sexual connotation. Against my better judgement I continued to visit this practice but his demeanor grew very hostile and aggressive. I don't like to speculate but the way he acted made me truly believe he was abusing some sort of substance drugs? alcohol?. On my last visit he was trying to over charge me and when I questioned him he screamed and yelled at me. When I tried to diffuse the situation he slammed the door and refused to see me. I went to his office manager to try and get the service I was there for and he said "that is just how the Doctor is, and if I try and talk to him he was scream at me and we will have an even bigger scene". Secondly, as almost all other reviews on this show - the only person at this practice who is worse than Dr. Patino is DOUG - a male nurse there! He truly is one of the most unprofessional and negative people I've had the misfortune of encountering. He is extremely rude, immature and flat out disrespectful. He comes across as someone who is just completely miserable and unhappy with his life. I left my experience on my Facebook page urging my social circle to not patronize this business and Dr. Patino went on it and left a negative comment and a lie about me, trying to defame my character. This is not the behavior of a professional health care provider - and went outside the Physician/Patient Confidentiality Agreement. I feel this practice is so corrupt that I've filed a formal complaint with the Medical Association of Georgia and they are investigating this practice. If you want a quality, respectful and moral doctor please find someone else.

Manuel Patino has been my doctor for over 25 years and he has been a excellent Doctor because he is caring and very intelligent . Yes his office is fast paced which I like because who wants to sit in the waiting room for hours waiting to see the doctor . He knows what he is doing and he is on point I know he is one of the best Doctors in the city.
