Joe's Bar & Grill

At times it was scary, but we didn't have a bad experience. It is typical if you are looking for a seedy bar with likely a strong "regular" presence. Great place to get a quick drink while you are waiting for dumplings.

The waitress and bartender were very rude. My friend asked me to accompany her to this bar to meet w/another friend who has purchased her a few mixed drinks and me a soda because i do not drink alcohol. The bartender told us to leave because someone else was purchasing our drinks and he wanted for us to spend our own money and not our friends money although he was offering to pay for our bill. What kind of B.S. Establishment are these F'ing ppl running? This place is a joke and they're whack.

Okay I'm giving this 5 starts because it is the best at what it is, which is a dive bar. In true dive bar fashion, they only accept cash. Have no fear they have an ATM available. The place send to always be full of regulars and interesting characters. Cheap stiff drinks and plenty of grime. Screw paying $12 for a fancy cocktail, rather be here any day.

Lulu the daytime bartender is the BOMB!!! The place is chill. And the food is good. Five Stars all the way!!!

This place rocks so hard! And they give you a beer back with every shot! It's like they rolled up east Colfax (Denver) added a dash of Bar Barand dropped it smack dab in the international district in Seattle! Carmelita and her crew will brew up the fun for you. (Rumor has it Mark Star Karaoke will be here for you to release your inner Rockstar!
