I went to Montana last night for my first time, and wow I've missed out! I loved the atmosphere (if you don't want a loud and grungy vibe this place is not for you!) The Moscow Mules on tap were amazing! We had to give a pickleback a shot as well! All and all a very fun evening!!

Was recommended by a local while on my first visit to Seattle and per the many other reviews, tried the Moscow Mule! Amazing. Also had the Peach Bellini. Love that these were on tap as I’d never seen that before! Really enjoyed the vibe, graffiti and written notes all over the place and the people were kind and chill. I was comfortable coming here with my friend and would be comfortable going alone.

I’ve always had excellent service here, even from the door guy. Everyone is so nice and the vibe is comfortable and home-y. Fantastic drinks and beer selection and the patio is a great spot to enjoy the weather.

There are some great memories to be made here. Write on every flat surface, get a Moscow Mule on tap, in the summer they'll open the front windows and it's just a great atmosphere. There is a wooden patio out on the street that you can sit at as well. Warning: To people who have a strict "nobody but me is allowed to handle my drink" rule, the staff will not let you walk the two steps from the door to the patio, since the sidewalk is not technically their property. They insist on transporting your drink.

The doorman acts as Charon on the river Styx during patio hours, ferrying me and my drink across the sidewalk intermittently. Unlike the journey to Hades, you are welcome to return. To the bar, for more Moscow mules. Which are very good. Only caveat, this place smelled pretty bad the first time I came here. Kinda poopy/sawdusty. Haven't smelled it since but if it crops up when you stop by, just know you're not alone. I smelled it too.
