We used Katenna for her Baby Ready Pets class before our son was born and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. The information provided was thorough and informative while Katenna’s instruction was fun and light hearted. As first time parents this clas helped put our nerves to rest. We would highly recommend Katenna and her company to anyone who needs it.
My two dogs’ reactive behaviors where causing anxiety among all members of the house, including the cats. Using positive reinforcement and reward-based training we are all cohabiting much better. I never thought working virtually would work. Kateena proved me wrong.
Katenna offered a wonderfully intuitive and gentle approach to training our boy, and was very responsive when we had questions. Our training sessions yielded lots of suggestions, tools and what felt to be a complex behavior modification plan for our anxious pup, but she was accessible and broke down the homework in a clear, written and easy to follow fashion. We highly recommend Katenna if you want someone with wonderful credentials, education and diverse experience to help you with your pets.
