Solid K9 Training

I met Jeff when I took a seminar he hosted. He seemed like a nice guy and that he was in this to help dogs. I messaged him asking if he had discount rates for rescues/shelters on his board and train because I am fostering a dog with food/toy/attn aggression. He responded, "prices are on my website". No advice on what I could do to help the dog and no discount for shelters. This is a foster dog that is a great girl with exception of certain aggression that I asked for help with because I would be paying for this because rescues can't afford. He didn't even give me any advice...just one sentence. Apparently he would rather see a dog go unhelped and at the shelter than to give a discount on a 5 week board and train for $4500! Totally disgusted by this and realized he's in it for the money NOT the well-being of the dogs. If you want someone that does things for the love of dogs see Five Rings Resort in Hanson. Mike is the owner and is amazing!!!

Follow online , very helpful to train my service dog, I always refer to Jeff's methods! My dog was crazy before Jeff, now people rave about how well she behaves. Training videos on utube are great because they can be viewed over and over w/o embarassment of failing in a class! Susan,CA

I'm so happy I stumbled upon one of Solid K9's YouTube videos. Ever since I saw that first video I have been watching as many as I can to try and help the dogs I work with. I used to believe in "Positive Reinforcement Only", but after years of hard work and very little results I knew something had to change. I was told by the "Pure Positive" people that I would be abusing my dog if I used a prong or e-collar and that I shouldn't be telling a dog "no"...only reward the good behaviors and ignore the bad ones. I love dogs more than anything, so the thought of abusing them was out of the question for me. I realize now that it was a big scare tactic that they use to convince people that their "PP" methods are the one and only way. After only one day of watching Solid K9's videos I used his techniques on an incredibly leash reactive Yellow Lab. A prong collar was all it took to go from a very stressed out dog to one that now looks at me anytime she sees another dog. Being able to communicate with her the moment she shows signs of stress that her behavior is not okay has dramatically improved our walks and the dogs behavior at home. And this was all done with FREE info! YESSSS!!! So amazing. It is such a ridiculous statement to say Jeff is in this "just for the money"...he provides hundreds and thousands of videos all for free AND he answers questions live on Periscope almost weekly. So incredible!! I've been able to retrain myself and the dogs I work with just from watching his videos, and the lives of my clients (and myself) have already improved dramatically. A big thanks to Jeff Gellman and his team for providing me with the free knowledge to help change a ton of dog's lives. Truly amazing to see a dog trainer be so transparent and such an advocate for dogs - I love that he doesn't bash other trainers, too. Tons of respect for you, Jeff! I look forward to sharing the things I've learned with everyone. Keep up the great work you guys!! #bekindtooneanother

Great training facility and daycare option. The staff care about your dog which is great.

This guys are good, take a couple of minutes to understand and believe their training. My friends dog is doing very good.
