The store was clean and nice the sales Personnel took it's time to find out what I wanted, it showed me some suits I found a few that I like. It was very personal and good experience. I'm definitely going back there again for some more suits the next time in that area. Hopefully going to be soon. Also purchase me a couple of nice shoes some belts and other accessories. Very nice experience. It was worth what I spent

I always get fantastic service here. Yesterday I went in and Kenneth Sydney helped me find the perfect sport coat and shirt combo for an event. I'm not sure my generation even understands how rare it is to have somebody personally help you pick out the clothes that will be the right size and look good. Kenneth found all the sizes, matched to my other clothes, measured my sizes and more. It's a great shop with great people.

I am an Alexandria resident who just got married at the beginning of April, down in FL. As the groom, I found it easier to personally coordinate the purchase of the wedding outfits, for my groomsmen and I. Lucky for me, the Jos A Bank located in Alexandria, VA was there to get me exactly what I needed. I worked primarily with Teddy, the store manager, but the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They were even supporting me in the last days leading up to the wedding. I can’t say enough good things about the support that this store provided me. 5/5 and I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as I live in NOVA.

I highly recommend this location. My teenage son needed a whole new wardrobe fit for college interviews and formal occasions after growing about 6 inches during lockdown and we’ve been to three JAB stores in the area in recent months. The staff at the Alexandria store had fantastic product knowledge and steered us toward satisfaction over the most expensive possible sale. They were courteous, patient through lots of deliberations, and customer-oriented. We’ll be back.

Excellent customer service. Haven’t shopped at a Jos Bank store since my regular store at Loehman’s Plaza closed. Was greeted immediately by a sales associate. BTW the store felt very clean and was nicely organized. Was looking for sweaters and he pointed out every location in the store that had sweaters. When I was checking out the sales associate noticed that one of the items I was purchasing possibly was mistagged. He went to the trouble of going back to the display, got a correctly priced sweater and saved me $10. Really appreciate his effort. Will definitely shop at this store again.

I worked with Teddy at the Alexandria Store. He was professional, knowledgeable, gentle and courteous. With his help I felt like a million bucks at my wedding and everyone said I looked great.

Wow! 5 stars all around! Let me highly recommend Teddy Gedu personally! He was patient and thorough throughout the entire process! He sold me an amazing suit and got my 6 groomsmen hooked up with personalized suit at an amazing price. He even worked with other stores to make sure everything was good to go for the fellas that were from out of town. I trusted Teddy so much I even let him pick out an outfit for me for the night before at the rehearsal dinner. While I was a bit hesitant with what Teddy picked out it ended up being a huge hit! Everyone had great things to say! Can’t recommend Teddy enough! He’ll take good care of you!!

It's a compact store that does not have a huge selection but I have come away from the store more often with what I was hoping to purchase more often than not. The staff is friendly and attentive but with a small store when it's busy the staff may be divided between helping multiple customers. It's not a major issue but during busy times its something to consider.

I've tried giving this store, and their associates every opportunity to make a sale and show some basic customer support. They have not been helpful, welcoming or knowledgeable about their product or their company. If I walk in, they obviously try and sell me a suit - if I do not but a suit they immediately lose interest. I has happened to me every time I am in the store getting an item altered or having to return an item due to COVID-19. I go in there, and as soon as they figure out that I my visit does not include making a large purchase the associate will effectively walk away from my conversation, and give me some lame excuse like I am "welcome to look around."" If you can, please go and show at other Jos stores in the area, do not recommend at all!

Visited this location today with my fiancee to get him a suit for our wedding and had a great experience. We were immediately greeted and helped through the whole process. Our salesman then - after a few questions to get an idea for what we were looking for - got him measured and provided several great options. Then, once we pick out a suit, we were quickly taken to the in-store tailor to figure out alterations and then got help finding some great shirts to go with it. It also certainly didn't hurt that the Father's Day sale was going on. We ended up spending a decent chunk on money but probably saved about 50% off retail for some really great stuff.
