Jose Luis Salon

Went in for a touch up of what I already had going on (which was balayage/thick highlights) and ended up looking completely different than what I wanted. Really they only needed to work with what I had and touch up my roots but I got a completely different look out of it. I went back to get it fixed but there wasn't much they could do other than damage my hair even more so still not happy with the result but can't do much than grow it out and get it fixed somewhere else.

Was at the downtown salon today it was a very pleasant experience with Jose Luis. Very good customer service. Thank you very much. Looking forward for my next appointment.

Paid $ 65 for a cut and it took 10 min. /Thats $ 650 per hour...Did not even pay attention to the sides and around the ears..Felt like it was rushed, like the motto is fast in & out, but wait, that's a Burger Place and not a Hair Saloon....
