Stopping by for a quick visit, I was very pleased! For a store location situated in a mall, this store is typical of others with plenty of variety. I was able to quickly decide upon a style of footwear, try on a pair, and check out in just a few minutes. Customer service was friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend!

Sales associate was very helpful and attentive today. I got Vans there instead of at the Van's store next door because of her excellent customer service. I don't remember her name but she was a young African American with dark locs!

My experience at this location was awful, customer service didn’t exist. Management was a joke he acted as if I was being bothersome. I initially wanted to purchase some vans, but decided to leave and make my purchase online. Will not return

No one even tries hard enough at their job ,it takes too long and at the end of it the shoe sizes aren't evern right. I bought a pair and the damn shoe sizes weren't even the ones I wanted.
