I love the van store. They always sell out of my kid size so fast. I just order online now. Super helpful staff.

Went in for a return and walked out with a bag full! Great customer service. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the store. The man filled me in on current specials/sales. The girl at the register was also very helpful. She made the exchange quickly and answered all of my questions. Overall, a really pleasant experience!

This store was very nice. The staff was nice. The lady who helped me was nice enough to pull my shoe size from the back for me. I was able to figure out what my size and style that I liked most. It was well lit. It was easy to find in the mall. I was in and out pretty quickly. I was able to make my customs online order easier! Unfortunately, I have not really been back since, but I still would recommend to a friend!

Never had any issues before. Willow and red hired lady were nice and customer friendly. The young lady at the counter had no customer service. I was in line waiting behind the people at the counter. And Then they left, I proceeded to put my boxes on the counter and the lady calls Willow to stop the customer , never acknowledged me , was like oh.. the lady that came back in, said that she was sorry. I told her no worries.. You would think that the young lady would have said , ma’am, I apologize, but could I please handle this??” Or something.. nope , never did. So for that, I will continue to buy my vans from Mall of Ga Vans.

Great employees and really awesome selection. Just wish they had more sizes. A lot of stuff we asked for was not in our sizes. However, employee recommendations were phenomenal.

Hello, I went into this store 2 days ago looking forward to purchase a couple pair of shoes. When we walked into the store the young lady that was working looked at us and said nothing. She then walks to the back to grab another customer's shoes. When she came back out still nothing. No hello, welcome to Van's, is there anything I can help you with. Nothing. Customer service plays an important role in an organization. Please coach your employees and take it seriously. I took by business someplace else. Thank you

There is a white girl who works in here with blue hair and many tattoos that clearly has an attitude problem. I honestly wanted to check her in the store but I did not want to act a fool in front of my family members who were in town. I came in to make an exchange last Friday and upon browsing the store noticed that they did not have a very big selection. I eventually found a shoe and a pair of socks that better suited me and was getting ready to have her ring me up. Upon her taking my information, my aunt suggested that I get another item instead. I politely told the girl that I didn't want the other two items and instead the backpack. She immediately got an attitude, mind you she hadn't even rung up or bagged the items yet. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

They have shoes with a swhoosh, not the swhoosh, just like a baby swhoosh. More like a shwua, no ush.

Well im a skater myself and i love this palce because they obviously have the #1 best skate shoe in my opinion and they have a little skateboard shop and everything there is most of the time in stock.
