There were 2 employees and both greeted me upon entering the store. I was the only one there. One was on their cell phone the whole time I was there, the other one was on customer call. I did ask for help and was told the shoe I wanted wasn't in stock. It would have been nice if I was offered for it to be ordered. I don't see any reason to go back there.
This place is nice. They're out of a lots of sizes that hurts. The sales rep. Shauna & Eric were truly nice . They made you feel welcome when you walked in the store & weren't pushy. This store need more sizes for women in 10, 11, 12's. People like myself enjoy the store. Just wish they carried your size so you don't have to order online.
I was there with my daughter to purchase tennis shoes for work. The store was clean an organized. The staff greeted us and asked to assist us in our selection of shoes. Very cordial and helpful.
Not really the store. But the brand name I found a part of a needle in my shoe that I had less then a week and it was not in the bottom but where my foot goes. It looks like a sewing needle when I called the home office they told me there was really nothing they could do. I don't believe that one bit. I will have to found another brand shoes to wear now. Oh I do have the needle part and pictures of it Update skechers reached out and took care of me.
I have never purchased a pair of sketchers before, but I've always heard good things. I decided to visit the Perimeter location and they were having a buy one get one half off sale! So of course, I debated getting two for myself or one for my husband....I chose the selfless way lol. Anyways, Rafiya was the woman who helped me and she was amazing. She assured me that I was purchasing a quality item, and was very sweet and helpful. She even engaged in a little bit of small talk, which made the experience feel a little more personal. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. I hope you get a raise! : I will be coming back for future purchases.
I purchased a pair of the light up shoes two weeks ago and with in 3 days the shoes would not charge and the lights stopped working. I went in to exchange and they did exchange for me do to defect. The second pair of shoes lasted only 4 days and they stopped charging and only lit up half of the shoe. I took the shoes, the original packaging, and the original/refund/ receipt to the store to request a refund and was told that they could not refund me until they spoke with corporate. They advised that there was no store manager in the store and when they called her she told them that they would not be able to refund me until they talked with corporate. I asked to speak with the manager and said she was not in the store and would be in on Monday. I then asked for a contact number for her and asked for the corporate number. When I tried to call the manager via the number I was given, I was connected to the store. I was given incorrect information regarding how to contact the manager. When I called the Skechers corporate number I was forwarded to an answering machine and left a message. When I called the store to get the contact information for the store manager I was interrupted rudely by Andrew and when I told him that I was not done talking, he uttered the words "ohh wow." This is unacceptable behavior from employees who are there to provide customer service. The fact that the store is not empowered to make decisions about its products that it sells is counter productive to a customer first mentality. Even having a store operate without a manager in the store to handle escalated customer requests is a business practice that needs to be reexamined. Never again skechers!
I've owned several pairs of Skechers and find them comfortable and fairly long-lasting. They Skechers store has a very large selection of shoes and a helpful staff.

The woman working at this store today was excellent. Very helpful, sincere, and not-pushy. Excellent experience.
The store has a decent selection and location is good. However the customer service was quite lacking. The employee was unpleasant and I’ve never been back to that store since. Bummer. I love sketchers but would rather but online or at DSW than deal with bad customer service.
