We arrived on time at 6 pm for reservation for a party of 10. Only one person was seating people lining up at the door. Once we arrived at our table we waited about 15-20 minutes, and nobody even noticed we were there, even though we were seated in plain view near the bar, and we had to ask for a waitress. She gave us one bottle of water to share amongst the whole table. We ordered appetizers and drinks. The appetizers came before the drinks and we had to go to the bar to get them. Nobody ever asked if we needed anything, it took over 2 hours to get three bandeja paisa, two parrilla,, one salmon plate, and two hamburgers which came last. The food took over 2 hours to arrive, one plate at a time about 20-30 minutes apart. The ffod was not good at all and the service was worse.

How do you show up to a place with a group of 8 people when there is clearly no people at the time we come in... and the host asks if we called for reservation? Place is clearly empty, a more proactive host would ask people to wait patiently while they get a table ready, but no, this one didnt say a thing and left us waiting for 5 minuted without being acknowledged or seated. Long story short, we decided to leave. Try to staff apropiately next time. I suggest u dont go there in groups, if they cant handle a group of 8 with an empty restaurant, i doubt they can handle a group during a busy dinner.

Been there twice. Just had food once and it was really good. Nice atmosphere, however service was really slow 30 min wait for a drink! and the music is unbelievably loud...to the point that it's distorted and most people in the restaurant are unable to talk between themselves. I mentioned it to the manager and he did nothing.

First and last visit. Ordered empanadas for appetizer with no AJI, picante sauce, waitress said they ran out, AT DINNER TIME REALLY? no music! pushy Valet service outside. Once I read the menu I realize this was not Colombian. Risotto, flautas, tacos, fajitas, sopotes,enchiladas en salsa verde, ceviche Peruano. Enough said.

The place is in a good location. Great customer service. Awesome atmosphere! I loved the food....i was amazed!!! I'll be back;

Time posted on the site is wrong. We showed up on Sunday at 10:45 am and the restaurant was closed. According to the site, it was supposed to be open at 10 am.

The place is really nice BUT food doesn't really have any flavor !
