Jurani Clinic

My family and I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years. My children and I all see Dr. Dayco. I can say by far he is the best. He listens to your concerns even if it takes a while. I never feel rushed out of his office. If he feels that you need to see a specialist he will make sure you leave with the necessary paperwork before you leave his office. There's no waiting for the referral department to call you. All I can say is he has taken very good care of my mother, father, son, daughter and I.

My wife and I started coming to this medical practice over 15 years ago. We were fortunate to have the care and attention of Dr. Paterno Jurani until his passing in early 2021. After Dr. Jurani's passing, we began seeing Dr. Niberonofer Dayco here on a regular basis as our Primary Care Physician. During the time we have been seeing Dr. Dayco at this practice, we have found him to be knowledgeable and compassionate with an absolutely great personality. Recently, our daughter, who was under the care of a different doctor elsewhere, was diagnosed with breast cancer. We strongly recommended that she make an appointment to see Dr. Dayco for a second opinion. Incredibly enough, after careful testing, Dr. Dayco's findings clearly showed she had been incorrectly diagnosed and in fact DID NOT have cancer and never did. We all learned a priceless lesson from this experience and that lesson showed us that the value of a competent physician like Dr. Dayco can never be underestimated as this man literally gave our daughter a new lease on life. For this reason and for the many other contributions Dr. Dayco has given to us and our family, we couldn't recommend him any higher than we do. Thank you for being there Dr. Dayco.

The lady answering the phones is so F’n rude. When she doesn’t feel like answering your questions she will straight hang up in your face and did it to me 3 TIMES, calling this facility back repeatedly until I told her about herself. 3 stars because of my recent phone call experience

Dr. Darlene Francisco is the best I've ever had. I have been to several doctors over the past 20yrs. for a chronic condition, she is exceptionally knowledgeable about the human mind and body. In addition, she is a great listener. She is earnest in her mission to get you better and keep you healthy. She'll order tests to get to the root of your health concerns. Her staff is sincere and helpful. Sometimes people are turned off by the area a doctor's office is in or that it's a"Clinic", but don't let that discourage you because sometimes you'll miss out on the diamond in the rough.

I recently lost my pcp after several years under her care and my health insurance recommended this clinic. I feel fortunate to have found this place. Any referrals, tests, future apt's, etc have gone smoothly and have produced great results. I've never had to wait too long from the time I call to schedule an apt to the apt date and I never had to wait too long in the waiting room to be seen. Even if I did, it would be worth the wait.

Dawn is the most caring, understanding and proactive physician i have ever met. She takes time to listen to all my needs, comments and symptoms. She leaves no stone unturned in my journey to wellness and helps me put the puzzle pieces together. She is kind, and patient with me and my silly ideas and holistic medicine antics. Hazel and the other nurses and staff are very thoughtful and kind with me. By far the most well cared for ive ever felt

Worst clinic ever, we have 3 kids that are scheduled at 1pm September 24, 2020. We arrived and signed before 1230pm, we don't mind waiting it's ok and we do understand. But when I asked the lady named Jesus just to confirm our appointment because its been 45mins wait, she told us that our appointment is 145pm. Prior to our appointment they called and confirmed that our appointment is 1pm. Now this lady Jesus was saying it is 145pm because she was the one who made the appointment. The point here is at least they or she should have called to tell that our appointment was moved at 1pm. This will be the last visit in this clinic. The service is so bad....very very bad. If there is a negative 5 that I could give this clinic then I would love with no hesitation to give them a negative 5 review. This lady Jesus dont even apologized and she just say that the provider will come at 145pm, she should have called right and gives us a heads up instead of waiting for too long specially if you have 2 toddlers and a kid with you.

I lived in Vegas for almost two years. I have some serious medical issues for my age. This was the first and only doctor office that I ever used while in Vegas. My nurse practitioner was hands down the best primary care physician I have ever had. I would see her every month and during every visit she genuinely cared about my health. I moved to another state and it was hard to say goodbye. This place really deserve 5 starts!

Let me start out by saying if I could give this place 0 stars, that I would. I have been debating on posting this review for a very long time, and I finally put my experience in this place into words. I came to this office over 15 years ago as a child when I moved to Las Vegas. 
I was diagnosed with asthma by Dr. Jurani and was told that it would eventually get better.
Over the years my asthma got worse, and Dr. Jurani refused to send me to pulmonologist because in her words “my asthma was all in my head.” 
I had an asthma attack that put me in the hospital and turned my fingernails blue, and she STILL refused to send me to a pulmonologist and since I had Medicaid at the time I couldn’t just go and see one, so I was stuck with my breathing issues. She NEVER sent out for blood work, never did a pulmonary test, never sent out for an x-ray. I switched off Medicaid and went to see a new doctor who referred me over to a pulmonologist immediately, where I was diagnosed with severe allergies, severe asthma and mild COPD. My whole life growing up I was told it was nothing by this doctor, I was in an emergency room almost every single month for shortness of breath and this doctor failed to diagnose me because she believed it was all in my head. I will NEVER go back here and I will make sure anyone who tries to come to this office knows about how little they actually care about you here. Thanks to this doctor and this clinic I lost time in my life that I can never get back and I am thankful I went to another doctor who actually cared, didn’t make me wait 6 hours to see them, and knew what they were talking about. DO NOT COME HERE!

Why bother making appointments!!! Even if you are lucky enough to get called in.....a minimum of an hour after signing in, you'll most likely be waiting in one of the most disgusting patient rooms for another hour minimum AGAIN. If Dr. Jurani is in a good mood that day, he might hear what you have to say. Forget about it if he's in a bad mood. I wonder sometimes who really needs medical attention! I can't believe how much this guy over books patients! I can keep typing until I'm seen, but I don't think anyone can withstand reading anymore of my rant. Yeah, I could go to a different clinic but he's only one of a few "professionals" that's authorized to prescribe my medication by the DEA. Which is surprising he hasn't been investigated! Blah blah blah, I'm an hour in already, and it's obvious who his regulars are because they appear used to waiting as if this is normal! What a freaking joke!
