Just Cupcakes

Great experience, flavor, and customer service! My mom order some delicous cake pops for my birthday party! Here's her review: "The day prior to my daughter's birthday celebration, Just Cupcakes understood my needs and baked 30 cake pops for the event. I am grateful for Just Cupcakes accommodating me on a short notice. The manager on duty stopped her work and completed my order in approximately hour. My daughter and her guests loved the appearance and flavor! I will definitely purchase in the future. Thank you!"

Nice staff, good selection and great location; however cupcakes were a bit pricey and they do not offer loyalty benefits.

So disappointing--I made an appointment a week and a half in advance for a cake tasting. I'd already decided to use Just Cupcakes to cater the dessert for my wedding but the girl working the front couldn't tell me anything about cake flavors (???) and scheduled us for a cake tasting. She told me I could place our large order then. I gave her all my info to make the appointment. I called last night to confirm our appointment and the girl working sounded like this was her first job ever. She didn't know anything about appointments, just said "Carla would know but she's not here" like I was supposed to already know who Carla was (I'm guessing manager?) idk. So I called again the morning of our appointment and spoke with Martha who told me she had NO RECORD of our appointment. Martha was nice and sounded much more professional, but I am just way too nervous to book them for our wedding order because if they can't even organize a simple appointment for a cake tasting then that is a huge red flag.

Glad I decided to stop by before reading some of the reviews. Today was my first time stopping by and I will be visiting again soon. Service was great and so was the cupcakes and cake pops!!

I wish I had read the reviews before stopping by the Norfolk location today. We received help from Daeja, and she was friendly and helped explain which ones were the best sellers. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviews. The cupcakes were very dry and lacked flavor. The best part was the frosting which was creamy and light. I bought a red velvet, pumpkin spice, black & white and coconut. The total was $15.04 for these four cupcakes. That was way too much for cupcakes of this quality. We sampled each one hoping it was just that particular cupcake but ended up throwing them away because they were all too dry.
