One night in Bangkok...it sounds like the beginning of a great story. What it really is...is an amazing sushi roll made by the folks at Kai Thai. The place is small, I’ll be nice and call it cozy. I generally choose to call my order in and eat at home because I don’t like the wait. However...the food is well worth it. The curry is amazing. The DUI spicy noodles are a must try dish. Tell them your spice level 1-5 and they will be happy to take it easy or make you sweat. It’s the one consistently excellent place to eat in the area.

Kai Thai consistently serves good food using friendly servers. We have eaten here several times and everything we've tried has been delicious. You are greater at the door with a "Please Wait to be Seated" sign followed promptly by a friendly smile and helpful voice ready to take you to your seats. Beverage service is usually part of this. Next your server shows up, takes your order or helps you with menu items. Your order is served promptly. The food is wonderful. The service is great. There is nothing here to not like.

I’m a weekly visitor. It’s honestly the best food in town. Also, vegetarians and pescatarians should know that this will be their go-to. Plenty of meat dishes are on the menu as well. Note: “Make you cry spicy” won’t make you cry, but it will make your nose run. That’s when you know it’s good.

I've been coming here since they opened & everything is amazing. I'm a huge fan of sushi & the quality is spot on. I take pictures of the food to add it to my "sushi porn" folder lol.
