The only way I'd use them again is in an emergency with no other options. Price is twice what you can get it for elsewhere, customer service is non-existent with a return policy you only learn about when you bring something back that didn't fit. Save yourself the grief and a bunch of money and order it through Amazon. Bought a toilet riser, took it out of the box and one look showed it wouldn't fit. Took it back and they pointed out print on bottom of receipt saying no returns. Would have been nice for the salesman to let us know. I wasn't sure it would fit and wouldn't have purchased it if they had told me. Went online, found the correct one for half the price and better quality. Worth a couple days wait not to have to deal with these folks again. Appears that their main business is providing diapers through medicaid so explains the posts on this site.

They refused to transfer a Rx from another pharmacy/DME provider---a simple task that would have only required a 5 min phone call for them. They said that they were providing me with a "benefit", so they wouldn't "jump through any hoops" to get me what they need. Now, I have to contact my doctor, have her rewrite a Rx, and jump through a few hoops of my own just to get an already-existent Rx for them to fill. The other reviews are true: terrible customer service!

Two years after the fact, we finally received a letter in the mail advising us of a charge for services rendered to my wife. The letter had been sent to the wrong address a number of times until the Post Office realized the error and delivered it to the correct address. KME never attempted to contact my wife via the phone number that she's had for several years. Obviously it was too late to submit it to my insurance company, even though they had that information. I have had an account with them for about 8 years. My address and insurance info was correct. I just recently received a notification from KME, which interestingly was addressed correctly, that they will no longer provide services to me due to my wife's unpaid bill. It is clear that their billing department is incompetent and unwilling to own their mistake. In addition to this negative review I am in the process of submitting a formal written complaint to the medical board and the state attorney general's office. KME is a component of the Kalispell Regional Medical Center, and this gives me pause as to the quality of health care and services of the entire corporate health care system in this area. If you do business with these people, just keep in mind that any problems you have will be turned against you- the customer/patient/client is ALWAYS wrong and they are ALWAYS right. KME lacks efficiency, competence, and ethics. There is nothing they can do now to defuse the problem. The letter I received from them stated that there are other medical equipment providers in the area and I am gladly taking my business elsewhere.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, and completely overpriced! They do a very poor job of explaining CPAP instructions and just load you up with overpriced extra supplies you don't need. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! If I could give zero stars, I would!
