Came with short notice, arrived on time, very professional and trustworthy, did excellent work (amazing actually), very polite. Excellent local find. Competitive pricing to boot. Can't think of how it could have been any better.

Wonderful. Timely. Experienced! This lovely duo worked diligently on my very warn down, freightening carpets.... With the constant foot traffic of neighborhood kids, my own children and raising my pup (carpet accidents) one could only imagine the nightmare condition the carpets were in, but they were extremely experienced and really put in the elbow grease to make these carpets look fantastic!!! Would definitely recommend, absolutely a pleasure. I appreciate their expertise, time and deligence. The pricing was VERY reasonable. Thanks so much Lou and Lucy!! quick response when I called, very professional, and did a wonderful job on my carpets. They had not been cleaned for about two years and had some puppy stains on them. All of the stains were gone. the carpet was not super wet, and dried quickly. I will be using them again. They used a foam product and for me it was way better than steam cleaning that saturates the carpet. And did i mention the price was excellent!!
