Gatewood Carpets

2016 -I submitted my request for my project to get my home carpets cleaned around 8 am. I received a quote within minutes and booked my appointment same day. He was done by 10:00am . WOW ! Art was extremely professional and accommodating. I will definitely book again. *********Update I rehired Gatewood Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning again on 4/21/17 at my New Location. My new apartment had a horrible smell right from the walk in inspection. I asked the property manager of the carpets were cleaned. She advised it was. But I knew it wasn't right. I called and wanted to schedule an appointment for cleaning before I moved in. Called Gatewood services and he came out the very next day. Very professional always personable. He was fast and efficient. Soon as the job was complete and I walked the my door again I immediately could smell and see a difference. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue and allowing me to know move my stuff in with confidence. Excellence at it's best.

Terrible experience. Very unprofessional not a guaranteed job..made the situation worst than it was originally. They made larger stains on my brand new carpet over a greater area. We did call that service and explained clearly that we need to deodorize and to remove water stains; and they came over to quickly shampoo the carpet which unfortunately for us created more stains and a musty smell. Obviously, when the carpet was wet the stains weren't noticeable but the next morning when we called to complain their response was absolutely unprofessional and wanted to charge more money for a problem they created and we paid for. Do not recommend this awful service.

Art (owner operated) and his assistant, Steve were on time, professional and extremely polite. Carpets look refreshed and they took exceptional care of my furniture.

And thank you for also throwing in the cushion cleaning as that stain was driving us nutts. I am happy with your service and look forward to referring my friends and family to you. :) ***************************** Thank you for texting us this morning. We appreciate you radifying the situation. Like I said we really wanted to go with you in the beginning and it says a lot about a company that wants to make things work for their client. We have been through hell with our home repair/remodel projects this weekend and to have a company do right by us really speaks volumes. We will update this review again after the work is done, however I do want other potential customers to know you guys value your brand. Sometimes ties with other companies such as Groupons can damage a businesses image more than it helps. I hate that was the situation here but that's not your fault they haven't honored your request to remove the ad. Thanks for making things right! This is really a highlight to an otherwise emotional weekend for us. :)
