I have two carpets from Lang and I love them both. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right carpet for my new house. I also had a carpet cleaned there and was very satisfied with the results.

Disappointing! Brought a 9 x 12 wool area rug in for cleaning and paid $224. The rug is less than a year old, but our pet had a few accidents and I wanted to have it thoroughly cleaned. When we unrolled the cleaned rug and vacuumed, we found a few balls of rug fiber from other carpets, two bits of trash and pieces of plastic. One item looks like a small light bulb/fuse which could have never come from our home to start. I called today to explain my concerns. The receptionist put me on hold then returned to say that our backing was deteriorating the the plastic I was seeing was due to that. I don't even think our wool rug has a plastic backing... The cleaning was not what I expected, and the manager who couldn't take time to speak with me or see photos of the trash is not someone I want to patronize again.

Recently had my area rugs cleaned, wonderful job and even better customer service. Will definetly be back!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Took an $8000 rug to them that was only 3 years old. They DESTROYED it. All we wanted was a stain removed, and they destroyed the backing COMPLETELY. This rug goes in the trash. I hope they have good insurance.
