Marling's Emergency Water Removal & Carpet Cleaning

This company destroyed my backyard fence and front screen door and refused to replace it. They also refused to replace a lamp that was made by my husbands deceased grandmother after they misplaced it. I would not recommend this company. This company is defensive and refuses to accept responsibility for their actions. They have poor customer service. They blame the customer. They expect the customer to live up to their end of the arrangement but refuse to live up to their end. This is also evident in their negative responses to the various customers that share their negative experiences. They should use this energy to correct their wrongs.

Marling's staff is very friendly and has outstanding customer service. Khristian is very helpful and does her best to go above and beyond to help her clients. In the event of an emergency, I will always suggest you call Marling's Emergency Water Removal and Carpet Cleaning!

Marling's did an AMAZING JOB with my boss's house, and Khristian is such a bright light on a cloudy day, her energy is contagious. We HIGHLY recommend them for any water removal/carpet issues!!!

Dear Marling's: Thank you so much for having your Company take on cleaning the water damage and mold problem in our basement. As with the job that you guys did cleaning the air ducts in our house, I couldn't be happier with the work done by Marling's! The work that your employees did - Dawn and Jose - exceeded my expectations! They were absolutely stupendous in how diligent and hard they worked! This job was so huge! Took such hard work...and Dawn and Jose were unbelievable in going above and beyond with all that they did! Talk about 2 employees that represent the BEST in a Company!
