Amazing to work with, they were always very prompt to respond to our questions and concerns and they made sure things were done right. From the sales team, design team, superintendent down to the closing office the entire crew was personable and provided excellent customer service through the entire process! Highly Recommended!

Building with Kartchner Homes was an outstanding experience for our family. We were thrilled to find a home builder that could offer us the quality product we were looking for at an affordable price. Our Kartchner home is very energy efficient. We gained over 1000 square feet from our last home and our utility bills are actually lower. Kartchner has a nice selection of floor plans and they were very good about letting us customize our home to fit the specific needs of our family. The sales staff and contractors which represent Kartchner are great people that went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would certainly recommend anyone interested in building a home to stop by and talk with Kartchner Homes.

I would recommend Kartchner homes to anyone looking to build a house. When we started looking into building a home we really liked one of the floor plans that Kartchner homes offered but we wanted to customize some things. They were great to work with and helped us design the perfect house around one of their floor plan designs. When they started construction of the home I was a little concerned that because we were not building in a subdivision, as I had seen most of their homes, that there would be some things they were not used to having to do. They quickly put my concerns to ease as they were excellent during the complete construction of the house. They kept us informed on how the house was doing and tried to make sure the house was what we wanted. Every time I visited the house the workers were exceptionally nice and I was pleased with the good quality work. One thing that impressed me the most was how quick the house was built, in about 3 months the house was ready for us to move into. The employees at Kartchners are very friendly and professional and I have no doubt that if I have a problem with my house that they will take care of it. We sure like our home and feel like we got a good quality home at a good price.

Our experience with Kartchner Homes has been really great! The quality of our home is great and have had no problems with it so far. It was built in great timing and they used the best products on it. Whenever we have had a problem they have gotten back with us fast. We are so pleased with our home and the neighborhood we live in. The Summerfield subdivision is a great neighborhood to live in and we can't wait to see it grow more! Thanks Kartchner Homes for making our first home so great!

If someone were to ask us if we would build again with Kartchner Homes the answer would be a definite yes! We have built several homes, and it was such a great experience to build with Kartchner Homes. Their management team was great to work with. They built us a quality house at a great price. They really worked hard at building us the house that we wanted. We would highly recommend Kartchner Homes to anyone looking to build a new home.
