Wonderful store. Looks small but has lots to offer. Amelia was a wonderful help while we were shopping! I 100% recommend this place above all the others I've been to.
Needed to purchase a last minute gift. I wouldn't shop at this location again though. I wouldn't have even purchased from here if the person I was buying for didn't love Kate Spade. I felt that the saleswoman couldn't be bothered to provide adequate customer service. Passively mentioning if an item would fit in my budget twice I did not mention a budget to her, watching me walk the store, wrapping the gift with all of the foam and paper inserts in the bag/wallet. Which i said was fine but I really just wanted to leave; I took it out and made it look nice later. Once I decided to purchase, however, her attitude shifted for a second. It was a very odd experience. I'm not bitter or boiling upset by any means, just giving an honest review.
My sister's and I were christmas shopping. My sister likes some of Kate Spade purses so we stopped in. First, we were not greeted by the two ladies working Dec 16, 2022 around 5 in the evening. We were not assisted in anyway. Honestly, terrible customer service if my opinion. I particularly will not spend money at a establishment with such atrocious treatment. As, we left the two ladies just watched us leave until the door closed behind us.
I am so grateful I called this store to place my order. Sydney is amazing and was extremely helpful from start to finish. She definitely knows how to give excellent customer service. I will forever call her when I need to order a new bag.
Stopped in to see if they had a glasses case to replace mine that had sprung the hinge. The ladies there were fabulous. Not only did they have one but they GAVE it to me. I was already a Kate Spade fan, but this just solidified it for me. I have told everyone I know to shop this store. Thanks ladies.
I was in town with my wife for vacation. We made a point to come to Kate Spade since she is a loyal customer, having purchased many times over the last year online. We arrived to find the store closed less than two hours before closing with a sign saying they would be right back. 15 mins later two employees arrived to find four of us standing outside. No one greeted us or said anything other than “It’s going to be at least 15 more mins. Do you need something?” I mean; how would we know?? We came to shop and then couldn’t. No explanation, no apology. Rude and short. When we looked in the windows all we saw was a bunch of sale merchandise that we could have ordered online. We came to a physical store to see new items and then couldn’t even look at what they had. We left and spent our money at Tory Burch. Not a good look for Kate Spade.
I just went today in the morning and there were two young ladies that helped me with my new purple remedy bag because it got stained or discolored I’m not sure, but they were really friendly and helpful!!!!! I didn’t have makeup on or the fanciest clothes but they treated me like an important costumer. I love the vibe, the products and the employees you got there!!
Awesome experience! Salesperson was exceptional and did an amazing job the purse I bought for my daughter's b-day. Even helped with the matching wallet for her boyfriend to come in and purchase later.
Thank you so much KORYNN for the fabulous time you showed me on February 13th. You went over and beyond to see that I had all my heart desired. When my daughter and I came back on the 14th, you delighted us with exceptional hospitality....along with the fizzy lemonade drinks and fun little conversation hearts! Because of your personal attention, I found some of the cutest treasures ever! I have to say, I LOVE my camel bag...it is so CUTE!! I am definitely in love with the elegant and incredibly fun style of Kate Spade New York . Because of your superior personal service, I look forward to coming back and shopping with you! Purchased a purse for $385. Used debit card. While paying the card reader said the transaction was approved but the sales associate said the it didn't go thru. My bank account was debited the $385. Kate Spade told me they would refund the $ but it could take up to 2 weeks. Its been more than two weeks and I still haven't been refunded. Manager Erica promises money back but can only tell me that I'll get it when ever it comes. Needless to say I'm Very disappointed!
