At the beginning of my time with them, the entire staff was kind and attentive which is why I'm giving a star at all. I had shared that I had previous bad experiences with dentists being dishonest and they were sympathetic. I had always liked my smile but Dr. Wu recommended Invisalign to fix my bite, the tilt of my teeth, and to make my top and bottom line up perfectly, so I signed up. About 9 months later, after my trays were complete and I paid a lot of money, my bite was better but my bottom and top teeth were not aligned as promised... they said that expectation was never set and blamed me for it. Dr. Wu said that could only be done with major jaw surgery, again going against what they said a year prior. They then scanned me for the final retainers to use for nightly use for the next 5+ years. The trays came in and didn't fit, they told me to keep trying for a few weeks...still didn't fit. They scheduled for me to come in to rescan for new ones, BUT at that appointment they told me the appointment was for something completely new and different... they had to redo a crown I had put on 4 years ago and they couldn't refit me for a retainer since my teeth may shift again. I do not understand how after getting x-rays, scans, etc. for two years they just discovered this issue, and I didn't appreciate them blaming me for an expectation they set about alignment. I now have a difference insurance plan that they do not accept and I'm stuck with retainers that do not fit, so my Invisalign progress will likely regress. I feel like I wasted my time and money here. Towards the end of my experiences when I was trying to hold them accountable, they shifted the blame to me. Very disappointing and disheartening.

This office was already told by aetna to return money they received for billing them for treatment I never received. Yet they have billed aetna over 5 times this year when I haven't even stepped foot in their office since December. If you go here check what has been billed very carefully because their practice is extremely shady.

The staff at Prestige Dental have excellent customer service skills. I appreciate that the dentist was honest about what I actually needed and did not encourage me to pay for additional cosmetic treatment. My entire appointment went so smoothly. I definitely found my new dentist in Philly!

I never thought I'd ever say "I'm looking forward to my dental appointment today," but I do each time I visit Prestige. They are efficient, friendly, and procedures are always smooth and painless. Highly highly recco!!

Excellent experience. I was very anxious going in because I was extremely self-conscious about my teeth. I always dreaded going to the dentist. But the staff at Prestige Dental made me feel really comfortable, and I never felt any shame or embarrassment. Everyone was super friendly, considerate, and supportive. Dr. Wu is a gem with a great sense of humor and top notch bedside manner. Michelle, the Hygienist, was very considerate of my anxiety and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I felt that she genuinely wanted to make the experience as easy as possible for me. Candace made me feel comfortable, even when she was taking x-rays in my mouth. And Lisa, up front, was clear and upfront about everything related to insurance and billing. If you are looking for a new dentist in the Philadelphia area, I highly recommend Prestige Dental.

I visited Prestige awhile back when I was in a jam and they were able to get me in very quickly, which was appreciated. I scheduled a second appt for a routine cleaning. During the appt, I asked what a rough ballpark for Invisalign would be and when the dentist said 5k I said no thank you that was more than I wanted to spend at that time. They ran the pre authorization for it through my insurance anyway. I had to spend an hour on the phone with insurance to get it cancelled out even though I clearly stated I didn’t want Invisalign. The dentist also told me I had seven cavities, which set off an alarm in my head because thats more than my entire life combined and none of my teeth were bothering me. I now have a second opinion with a dentist I’m comfortable with. I have one cavity. ONE. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to get work done you don’t actually need.

I really enjoyed my time at Prestige! The staff was so kind and informative! I went in for a cleaning and about grinding my teeth. They were very helpful in weighing my options and gave me time to think. Thank you for the great service and cleaning!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time and was super nervous about finding a new dentist. Prestige was above and beyond the best dental experience I've had. They were so kind and really took the time to explain everything to me. It felt extremely thorough and I no longer have dentist anxiety! I am so relieved!! Thank you all so much!

Dr. Wu is the best dentist I have ever met. I have searched and searched for a dentist who is the best at what they do and is also caring and a pleasure to be around, Dr. Wu is all of that and more. Her staff is so kind and accommodating. They take the time to get to know you personally and put your mind at ease from the moment you walk in. I have had a million dental problems and I am so happy I have finally found a dentist who fixes everything to perfection and who I actually look forward to seeing. I am moving out of the state soon and still plan to fly in to see Dr. Wu specifically, that is how fantastic she is. 10/10 Cannot recommend enough.
