KC Property Guys - Kansas City Investment and Real Estate

First off let me state that I have always been a bit skeptical about personal reviews because of the 'actor portrayals' frequently used. So be assured I am a very real person who was in a very real and difficult situation. No hype. No paid review. Just a sincere and honest opinion from a 'real people.' I found the listing for KC Property Guys through a Google search (no surprise there. After all Google knows all!) Along with several other local 'we buy ugly houses' listings. So I just started calling. I left several voice messages and talked with a couple of receptionists. When Eric got my message he told me he could sense a note of urgency. He returned my call and came to my house several hours later. He listened (really listened!) to my story and understood the situation because he had gone through a similar experience. He explained the process and was very flexible and understanding in working within my schedule and my needs. We came to an agreement we could both feel good about. I don't believe in coincidence, never have, never will. I truly believe the Good Lord puts people in our lives at specific times when we need them. Eric was truly an answer to prayer. Everything was handled professionally and expertly and totally transparent. No tiny hidden clauses in lawyer speak. Just a simple straight forward transaction. I am a truly grateful and satisfied customer!!😊😊😊

I give Eric and his team five stars and above! I truly cannot say enough good things about Eric and his team. From the first time we met it was such a positive experience. Everything went smooth from start to finish. This is an upstanding company, professional and honest staff of professionals, Eric is an outstanding person and to be perfectly honest, he was a God send for me. If you are considering working with him, I highly recommend that you choose KC Property Guys, you will not be disappointed! I want to publicly say thank you one hundred times over to Eric for saving me from more years of stress with a house that I just couldn't deal with anymore. Although bitter sweet I have a load lifted off my shoulders. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
