Wow! I need to sell my house immediately. Peter and Andy quickly arranged a meeting to view my house, with above average customer service and promptness. They listened to me, demonstrated true kindness and did everything that they promised they would do. In a few hours they set up  an appointment with fully qualified buyers that resulted in a solid deal. In just a few days  more days  I had my money. Because of their attention to everything I had zero stress. I highly recommend their company.

Andy and Brooks came out to view my dad's house once we decided to get rid of it. They were on time, professional and courteous, and gave us the highest offer of the 6 KC organizations who bid. I was in immediate contact with their helpful title company (who came to my dad's house to close so he didn't have to leave), and it only took 2 weeks from the time we accepted their offer to the moment we had our cash in the bank. Would recommend, would do business with again.

What an amazing company and Peter and Andy have hearts of gold!! I really feel that I found a pot of gold when my friend told me about Smileys!! This group truly cares about the people they deal with.My house was a wreck and they gave me the opportunity to have a normal stress free life.I would recommend Peter and Andy over any other company out there.They work with you on every detail and are available to answer your questions at any time!! Excellent experience from start to finish with this group. Highly recommend them if you need to sell your home quickly and want to get a fair deal. They are also very friendly and professional as well.

Our experience was smooth and stress-free.  The Smiley team was professional and made selling our home comfortable and easy to do.  I feel confident they will make this house into what is could be!  I would highly recommend them!
