Blue Print Properties has been an excellent source for all my clients in Kansas City. I own a property management company and have several investors who are constantly looking to add to their portfolio, we don't handle sales and it's tough to find an agent who understands investment property in the inner city. I was fortunate to find Christoph and have been pleased with his resourcefulness! I highly recommend Blue Print and their crews to keep investors in the loop of what's going on in the market and find the best deals!!!

This company had a house listing on 2 know websites (trulia & zillow). I called several times to set up a time to see the house and finally get a call back after a week and several phone calls and emails to them. The gentleman on the phone takes around 20-30 minutes of my time getting all my information from how much income to what our jobs are, where we go to school, what kind of dogs put in to a computer and sets up a time to see the property, saying he will call me back to confirm the day before the showing. When he doesn't call back, I call to confirm our appt and he assures me that he's sure that he is going to get me into that house because I qualify, but he will have to call me first thing in the morning to verify that someone will be able to meet me at the showing (He is obviously in his car driving with the music blaring and doesn't have the thought to turn it down so that we can clearly hear each other). HELLO!! I just want to see the house. Of coarse, there was no call in the morning and no one showed to the appt, which is probably for the better because the lack of business professionalism showed me what kind of land lords this company would likely be. What a waste of time.
