I am handling an dispute with them in regards to my light bill and so call late rent. These landlords are very unprofessional and don't get things done in an timely manner. Maintenance crew is just as bad. I do not recommend anyone to this company or its affiliates. Please read and trust the reviews you see because if you don't you will be there next victim.

Worst management company I've ever used. Late on payments, money was always missing, charges for repairs that never happened. I had a stove stolen out of one of my properties immediately after they placed a lock box on it. No signs of a break in. Gee, I wonder how they got in, and who it was?? They lied to my renters, and failed to maintain anything. After I dropped them, they were still harassing one of my tenants for rent. This outfit is Slumlord scum.

Have had the best property management services from Lindsey and Danny Haas. I'm and out of state owner and they have been great at getting things done!!

I had been with this property management company for about three years and my experience with them is stay away, they will let the property go into disrepair and will not notify you that anything is wrong. I've had to make repairs to the foundation replace the roof for starters, when the house was vacate and needed to be made rent ready they had their contractor paint everything including the windows, now they are impossible to open. To date I have had to spend over $18,000.00 to get the property back into livable condition. They also run an entertainment business from the the phone numbers When they collect the rent check on the first of the month you're be lucky to see it by the end of the month even though you may be on direct deposit, they claim that it takes about a week for the receiving bank to credit your account. There are other property management companies out there that will give you and your tenant better service and for less management fees. (8%)
