Ad Astra Realty - KC Property Manager

I have been working with Jimmy and the KC Property Management team now for a little over 6 months. I can truly say that their team has been nothing but professional and a real pleasure to work with. The Owner portal is easy to navigate and find the information I am looking for. They are very responsive in their communication; whether by phone or email. When I have questions or there have been issues that need to be resolved, they do a great job explaining things and keeping good communication going with the tenants. The best review I can give is that I am looking for more properties in this area so I can continue to build on the partnership with Jimmy and his team. Thanks!!

I have been a tenant with KC Property Manager/Ad Astra Realty for 4 years and they are awesome! Very helpful and responsive. They take care of their rental properties and they are very easy to work with. I LOVE Melissa. She is great!!! Very personable and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or have them manage your rental property.

I purchased several rental properties in relatively short period of time. Fall/winter was approaching making renting out property a bit more difficult. KC Property Manager did a good job marketing the property and just as importantly made sure they were available to show the property quickly and at the convienence of the potential renters. They also appear to be quite responsive to the renters in regards to needed repairs. Also good about contacting me for the option to make minor repairs myself or to authorize the repairs.

They take care of their tenants well. We were without heat on a Sunday and they promptly sent out a repair man that was swift with his repairs and also very polite and courteous.

I have KC Property Manager manages all my rental properties. They are very professional and also easy to work with. I am very happy to have them manage the properties.
