BEST SHOE REPAIR IN KANSAS CITY. Service was super nice, came in with an urgent request on a pair of loafers that were completely beat up and they repaired them to look brand new. Even pointed out what a previous shoe repair shop did wrong and corrected it completely, and did it all on short notice with a fast turnaround. This place is the real deal. Will only go here and recommended here from now on.

This place has helped me for years with trying to keep a pair of old sandals usable. They always do a great job! The customer service is always on point and I have always appreciated their hours. Open till 6pm during the week and are open Sat but not till 6. Check them out if you have shoes you love but need some love.

Just picked up my favorite boots that I thought were nearly ruined! They are better than new. The owner helped pick out the best grip and type of sole to replace the super slick cowboy boot soles and cleaned them up. They were done by the promised date and for a better price than I had thought! I cannot highly recommend them enough. Great old fashioned shoe repair shop. Also, it smells amazing in there seems wierd, but they also sell leather goods.

Charles and team are amazing. For me, Charles is to my footwear what Costco is for my groceries, QuickTrip is to my car gas, GoDaddy is for my small business, and VistaPrint is for my stationary. These business are the best of the best. Charles and team have been able to repair and restore footwear that most people would have discarded. Really affordable, good work. Paid 12$ to get some platform boots fixed. Will be going to them for any future shoe/boot needs.

The owners here are very professional and good at what they do when it comes to repairs or polishing. Definitely would recommend them for your shoe and leather gear maintenance.

Mr Charles & Ms Nancy are A-MAZING I've been coming here for over 18 years And they took over with a Bang!! They switched out a 5 in clear wedge to a 3 in...I felt like Cinderella when I left their shopTHEN...the heel became age appropriate;...that's just ONE of my many Cinderella stories

Good place to get leather repaired and they do very good work and if they tell you it's not worth fixing just believe them they are good people that know there stuff.
