KC Video Games

Called the day before I was going to drop off machine to sleep sure someone would be there. Showed up door was locked and for rent sign on the door. Beware.

Scott Jeno with KC Video Games has been incredibly helpful with servicing our basketball arcade game. Unfortunately we have had issues with the machine since we bought it and the company where we purchased it (not KC Video Games) was reluctant to help and thankfully introduced us to Scott. He has been to our home a few times to fix the arcade game and just today fixed it again for us before the holidays. We appreciate the excellent service of KC Video Games and Scott Jeno. We're so thankful to have experts on call when we need them to repair our arcade game. Highly recommend!

Scott is a great guy and is extremely knowledgeable about pinball games. He really cared about making sure my pinball game was fixed correctly. I highly recommend his services!

Scott, Thanks so much for your assistance getting the Joust ready for Lonnie McDonald to come over and do a Roll Over Hi-Score. You did an excellent job and I can't thank you enough you have a customer for life on anything I can't figure out thanks again.
