Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved that the continuous fan actually worked unlike so many other hotels I stay at. The air worked great and kept the room very cool. The kids loved the pool with the slide. The hot tub was out of service and didn't look like that was changing anytime soon. Rooms: Clean, very comfortable beds. Air worked great. Food & drinks: The Cracker Barrel is right next door. Noteworthy details: Decent breakfast bar
Sheets seemed to not have been changed before our stay. Animal hair lightly on sheets, then while changing sheets noticed the bed pad was covered in unmentionable stains. Applied fresh sheets and while there noticed mattress on hard side. Room seemed clean besides this error. Coffee pot was missing . Room was hot and loud heaters didn’t seem adjustable. On first floor so above my room was loud walkers. Late into night. Floors were freshly vinyl so nice and clean. Continental breakfast was decent and seemed attended well. Didn’t try pool, looked nice from distance .
This is a GREAT place for families! 3 kids, more and more, is prohibited in hotels, and they make you get another room. That wasn't a problem here. Beautiful, clean room, lots of space. You could tell it was being maintained. The pool and waterslide were lovely, and they let the kids swim late, very helpful for our later arrival, which wasn't until 8. The staff was friendly and had a good sense of humor, making conversation. We love staying at nom-chain, local places, and will keep this one on our list for the next time we stay in Billings.
The location is close to town, but access to the parking lot is limited by a median in the road. The rooms have outdated carpet and decor. In the bathroom, there is paint separating from the walls and mold building on the ceiling. Service: first, the guy that checked us in couldn't understand that the company made the reservation for us, so that took quite some time. After being in the hotel for 24+ hrs, the attendant refused to make a key for me since my wife's name was on the reservation same last name. Thank goodness my pregnant wife wasnt having a medical emergency because I could see a lawsuit coming their way.
Booked this hotel because of the price and the amenities, but to my surprise when we got there the hot tub was down unfortunately. The room was great though which made up for the rest. Ver clean and spacious which was a surprise after walking in. I would recommend just due to the rooms alone.Rooms: 5/5
AVOID THIS PLACE! The front desk manager was rude. After traveling for 15 hours on the road, we were late to our check in and asked if they could accommodate our check in, but the hotel manager would rather keep our money and wanted us to spend an additional $130. Previous reviews will also tell you, this place is terrible.Service: 1/5
Easily the best 3 star hotel I've ever stayed in. Great rooms, great staff, great value and a fantastic breakfast. Bacon eggs hash browns and gravy all done perfect.Rooms: 5/5
Horrible service! Room was dirty as hell! Sheets were dirty looked like they were not change! Staff allowed out of town team to run up and down hallway. Kids jumping in room above! Way over priced for all the trouble House keeper tried forcing her way into room while i was naked!Rooms: 1/5
We paid Kelly Inn via Expedia and they did not honor our booking. Be careful if you do not book directly through the Kelly Inn. They may not honor your booking and it could cost you your nights stay and leave you scrambling when you show up.
We only did end up staying one night at the hotel, all the same everyone in the staff that I came across was very friendly and polite. The bedding was very clean, the furniture was well taken care of, there was no residue from not cleaning well in the bathroom, and the amenities offered were good. There is a restaurant right next door and the overall convenience of the place was comfortable. I would readily stay again if ever I were to come back through the area.
