I travel quite a bit. This motel is probably one of the worst I've ever visited. The whole room smelled like pee and cigarette. The tables have clearly never been cleaned, there's literal food stains on the desk and night stands. The shower had the most rancid smell I've ever encountered, coupled with a clogged toilet. Used soap. No shampoo. No towels. You can even enter the lobby of this place and they explicitly warn you that "what you see is what you get" which just about sums up the entire franchisee of this chain. Absolutely horrendous, I cannot recommend this place to any self-respecting patron. I highly encourage everyone reading the 5 star reviews to consider who wrote the review and cross reference it with all the negative reviews. The people in this franchisee were rude and unhelpful and truthfully, Motel 6 should consider removing this motel out of their chain.
You know it’s sketchy when your husband asks if you have your firearm handy. The amount of contact high you get from this NON SMOKING establishment, to the disrepair the room has and keeps showing up the more you look. I get it’s budget, but really?? No comforter on the bed, just a thin blanket with holes, dust bunnies under the bed, door jams with such damage done to them, deadbolts don’t work, window locks are weak, mold in the heater/AC and in the window sill, headboard not secure to the wall, no room for a wheelchair to get close to the bed, the faucet in the tub won’t shut off, the bathroom vent doesn’t work, the light by the door doesn’t work, tissue stuffed in holes in the door, and the children of the employees forced to help the guests because smoking a joint is more important as well as that cold pizza in hand. Front desk lady… she never said hi, smiled, or gave a care to our concerns. Totally had an “ oh well” demeanor. We will never return to this establishment, or the one across the way. This is a black mark for the whole Motel 6 Chain as well as others, but this one tops the cake in disgust. It should be condemned until repairs are up to code. Just spend the extra $50-$75 and hit up a classier location.
Oh if only I could give this zero stars! I’m not high maintenance but this place is just gross! I asked twice to have maintenance take a look at the toilet. Nothing. The whole building reeks of pot. Pretty sure there are drug deals going down in the parking lot. The floor was sticky and the mold in the bathroom is probably old enough to vote. The best part of my stay here was the coffee maker which I brought with me! This place should be called Motel 2. I’ve stayed at a lot of Motel 6s because they are economical, clean and safe. This motel only hit one of these….you can guess which one!
The rooms really need updating. The halls had an unpleasant smell. The room need cleaned. The bed sheets are outdated and not comfortable at all. The bathroom was filthy. I wouldn’t take a shower in it. It looked like it was all stained and moldy. Customer Service needs a lot of work.Rooms: 1/5
We are on a 3200 mile road trip with our dog so we have been staying at Motel 6. They have all been fine until we got here. Police in entrance when we got here to settle some dispute between low life’s. People in parking lot looking sketchy and scary. Our room is dirty, bath tub looks like paint or glue poured all over it. Most of the electrical outlets didn’t work or they were lose. there was a family living in the motel and their children played and ran up and down the hallway till 11 pm. Other guests yelling at each other. The clerk in the lobby just sat there saying and doing nothing. DO NOT STAY here. It is gross and the type of Motel 6 that has given the chain a bad name.
There was blood in the refrigerator. There was a hole in the wall. The bathroom was gross especially the shower. The doors on the outside of the building did not lock. The stairs were all ripped up and a safety hazard. And the staff was rude when i said i was not going to stay the second night i booked. They refused to give me a refund. Don't stay here unless you wanna see some horror film type stuff that isn’t fake.
I will never stay again. I stayed for a week when I first moved to Billings. Our room was absolutely disgusting. We didn't even use our shower as it was nasty and leaked hot water 24/7 so there was mold built up in our bathroom. The people who live there are sketchy and we were nervous to even leave our room. The windows do not lock and open easily so anybody can get into your room if you're on the ground floor. Everyone was super loud at all ours of the night so we hardly slept. I do not recommend this place
Horrible property. I’d never stay again. Large loud crowd in hallway as I went to my room. Room 146 was a disaster: mold in many locations in the shower, and ceiling. Spiders in room. Dirt on nightstand. Shoddy flooring installation, dirt on walls, and bed spread. Broken door entry and vomit next to my driver side car door when I left the next morning. Never again. It deserves No stars, but had to provide one.
I want to give a big Thank you to Jennifer and to Johnathon. They worked with me on getting a room since I was living in my car prior to being here now. They both have been amazing and super helpful and they are the reason I’m here at their Hotel and they got me out of my car. Both of them are a great team. Thank you guys for all you do. You guys are truly amazing people.
No pillowcases on the pillows. Tub backed up while taking a shower. When I arrived I was told the towels were in the process of being washed. I checked in late after 8:00pm. I was told a staff member would bring me some later that night. I never received any. I called the front desk at 7:00 am the next morning requesting some. Was told by the front desk worker she could not give me any because she did not have a key to open the cabinet were the towels are kept and it would be 10:30 before someone with a key would be there. So I had to use a hand towel as a towel. Not a clean hotel.
