Sleep Inn

The room was affordable, and mostly clean. The comforter had staining that looked like mold, as did the curtains. The shower head leaked all over the place when you used the shower, but the water was hot. The toilet didn't work well, but did flush. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows they give you were tiny and uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay. Eggs, bacon, muffins, ect. No microwave and fridge. Would stay there again.

Great service and decent price. Room had some stains on the Celine and a couple other small things but all round pretty good. Bed was clean and comfortable and had free breakfast. Would recommend

Our bathroom had not been cleaned. I think only the towels had been changed. Would not stay here again. The hotel is older, and needs some updates. The Sleep Inn in Bismarck was perfect in every detail, and that is why we had chosen this same brand in Billings.Rooms: 1/5

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. If I wasn't so tired, I would've gone elsewhere. Mystery stains on the bedspread, 1 pillow case was dirty, light switch had a smear of some sort on it, there were little glitter stars on the floor of the bathroom, and the walls were covered in dust. Oh, and there was no remote for the TV in the room. Judging from the condition of the room, I didn't date eat the breakfast. I could've slept in the truck and been better off. I'll be contacting someone for a refund.

Stopped for a night, had to change rooms due to sink not draining. Wall paper and paint was also flaking off. In the new room, it smelled faintly of paint. Also as we were about to sleep, we noticed weird black spots on the comforter that were covered by the throw blanket so we didn't even use it. The person at the front desk was very kind and wanted to be helpful but seemed to be given no resources to help situations.

The Front Desk Associate was helpful and friendly. Besides that, my shower was dirty with the last occupants used rags and soaps. The hand towels were stained, the microwave had stuck on food, and the tray that holds the cups and other assortments had old coffee grounds on it. And to top the night off someone started a fire behind the dumpster.

The staff was having a party in the room next to us and knew they were too loud and didn't care. The front desk staff didn't care when you called to complain!! The room was nice clean and comfy beds too bad we couldn't sleep from the noise!Rooms: 4/5
