I showed up to her office and she said she never treated me when she did when I gave her my kids name and found them but didn’t find me and kept saying she never treated me. And wanted me to go to other places. unprofessional
Dr. Lao is fantastic, friendly and efficient! Been going to her for years, and have no plans to change!
Kind and competent. I really like her as a doctor and person!
