I'm not sure of the name of the secretary, but he was amazing. He helped me pick out glasses that fit my face, as I had no idea where to start. They also didn't make me feel weird that I had to bring my baby along. They were so nice and friendly here. That means a lot to me.

Customer Service is always at its best. From Steven, to Dr. Nguyen, to their newest team members. You can always expect great service that is both personalized yet familiar. Keep up the great work!

Stevens nice but loves to waste your time. Just go to Warby or Jins if you don't want to spend half an hour just to pickup your order.
