I love Shelley! She has booked quite a few of my trips and I have had no problems what so ever. I have recommended her to several of my coworkers and friends, they all have had great experiences as well. Shelley is a genuine person and will go out of her way to make sure your experience is what you intended and it's also nice to have someone who will get on the phone at all hours of the day/night to make sure everything is okay.

Kelson Travel is my go to travel agent!! Not only has Shelley been booking my travel for 12 plus years she is the only travel agent I will book through!! She goes out of her way to help anytime of the day & find us the best possible price out there. She doesn't charge any hidden fees!! Thanks again for everything you are the best!!

TERRIBLE! Seriously the worst experience ever! My father in law used Shelly for mine and my husbands honeymoon and we have nothing good to say! Stay away! She double booked our taxi from the airport to our hotel, so when we arrived we were expected to pay them $100+, we showed them our receipt to a different company and they accepted it, then Shelly had the nerve to call my father in law and get mad at him because we didn't use the "right" cab. We landed from our flight and saw someone with our last name, so naturally we go with him. Then we get to our hotel and she booked us a tiny room with two full sized beds..for our honeymoon. So we had to pay EVEN MORE to the hotel to get a better room, she told us that their was free breakfast and it was $15 per person a day! She also told us that their was a free shuttle from our hotel to Universal Studios with the hotel, and when we woke up the next day it was full and we had to pay for a taxi. We weren't up to waking up at 7 am (4 am our time) to make it to the shuttle the hotel hires. So misleading! Then when we were going on our cruise later in the week TWO shuttles showed up again to take us there! Not only did she not cancel it, but she said that she thought that we were going to cancel it! UGH! Isn't that what we paid you for? When we asked for a flight around 1 home, she booked us at 5. So we get off our cruise, and had to wait in the airport for 6 hours. We just heard that our cousins (who referred her in the first place) used her again and she didn't even book them a hotel in California before their cruise left. So they get to Cali and have to call up my brother in law to stay in their cramped one bedroom apartment. They didn't get anything from her until ONE DAY before their cruise left, they had no idea where their cruise was leaving from or anything.
