We had an amazing trip to Tulum Mexico thanks to Marilyn and the Traverse Team! She gave us so many options and helped us narrow it down until we landed on the perfect adults only resort! We stayed at the Luxury Bahai Principe Don Pablo Collection in Tulum and I would highly recommend it! The best all-inclusive food to put all all-inclusive's to shame and 100% the best service from every member of the resort staff. Marilyn shared different excursions with us and we ended up picking snorkeling and visiting the Mayan Ruins in Tulum through the Coba Experience. It was incredible! Two weeks before we were to leave on our vacation, we received our spiral bound and laminated itinerary, along with every ticket, directions and tips that we would need to enjoy our trip. They even told us what our drivers would be wearing so we could pick them out of the crowd. We highly recommend Marilyn and Traverse Tours and Travel and will be using them again in the future!

I have used Traverse Tours and Travel exclusively for several years and have always been impressed with their service. I want to share my most recent experience of this stellar company... Today is September 6th, 2017. My nephew is getting married this weekend in Utah to a Beautiful Bride who's family is from the Dominican Republic. Hurricane Irma is bearing down on the Caribbean Islands as I type this review. They weren't supposed to fly out of the DR until tomorrow morning when the Hurricane is expected to make landfall. They were notified this morning that the flight for tomorrow was cancelled due to the severity of the storm. I made contact with Mauricio at Traverse Tours and Travel and even though he wasn't the one who originally booked their flights, he went above and beyond the scope of his business to search through the night as we were preparing for the worst and found them seats on a different flight that left today(the day before the storm)and was a flawless event on his part. I can imagine the chaos in the Caribbean with so many flights cancelled and hundreds of stranded passengers trying to get on the next available flight. Mauricio secured the seats and I am happy to report that they are safely on their way to Utah. This act was selfless because Mauricio for one didn't have to do it, he isn't making any money from it, and he took time away from other business to make this possible. I am praying for all the people in the path of Hurricane Irma. I am so thankful to Mauricio and Traverse Tours and Travel. They are a top notch Professional Business. I would recommend their services to everyone without hesitation!

I highly recommend using Marilyn and the traverse crew. They are very responsive and give you the right options at the best price. My wife and I just returned from Cannon Beach booked through traverse. The resort they suggested was amazing. Ocean front with a friendly staff. Everything from the initial suggestions of where to go, the booking, the services recommended and the trip all around went well because of Marilyn and her team. If you ever think about traveling, use Traverse!!
