Every person with whom I came into contact with was exceedingly gracious and sincerely helpful. My appointment started right on time. I was welcomed by those who signed me in and tested my eyes - they also showed care regarding my concerns. Dr. Boxer was professional, but also caring. He took time to check several different things and to ask about my symptoms. He offered several options for care and encouraged me to call back if anything changed or if I needed anything and gave me instructions for things to watch out for. I have always had pleasant visits to this location, but today, in addition to great care, the team also put a smile on my face at the end of the day.

Dr Boxer was quite excellent at my visit today. He answered questions, relayed important info, and didn’t make me feel rushed in any way. His checkout nurse/assistant was great as well. Wish I could give more stars!

We have been going to Dr. Kenneth Boxer since we moved to Atlanta in 2015. We love and adore Dr. Boxer and his very friendly, knowledgable, kind, and fun team of professionals that are the best in what they do. Dr. Boxer is a kind, patient, very knowledgable, and thorough optometrist. He and his team treat the patients with respect and kindness. And we all adore the beautiful, kind, and funny Ms. Jen! Thank you for making all of us feel at ease and welcomed at your practice! Y'all are the bestest!

Dr. Boxer listened carefully to my concerns about an eye infection, and promptly did further checks on my eye to make triple sure there were no abrasions or debris. He then offered drops to ease itching and pain. I'm relieved to be rapidly on the road to recovery, and I felt extremely well cared for.

I waited a very long time. Was treated respectfully, but in the end the glasses were unusable as the only functioning part, the reading area, was the wrong strength. To rectify the situation I was told I would need a new exam. I was not spending almost two hours in the store again so I declined. However, I am very happy with the glasses I got recently from.another chain.

Excellent experience with Dr. Boxer and the entire team at LensCrafters. Everyone we interacted with was very professional, helpful in finding the right frames and fit, and had a great sense of humor.

Dr. Boxer has taken care of 2 separate eye injuries for me. He is a compassionate and thoughtful doctor. His patient's comfort and healing is his first priority.

I actually look forward to getting my eye exam with Dr. Boxer every year. He’s very patient, kind, thorough, and professional. Would highly recommend.

Ryan went above and beyond by taking care of me even though I was so late! Wex was so personable and kind with helping me purchase new lenses and the doctor took great care of me! Had a great experience

Update 12/8/22: the situation keeps getting worse. I’ve been to three locations and have tried 5 different fax numbers for them to send my prescription to. They are telling me that all 5 other fax machines are not working, and that theirs is. C’mon… just admit you don’t know how to send a fax. At one point they called me, I picked up, it was a fax machine… they tried to send a fax to my cell phone. Received a call from them shortly after that the fax didn’t go through - ya think!?!? Still the worst experience I’ve had with an optometrist, avoid at all cost. _________ This is the worst managed optometrist I’ve ever been to. Many reasons. For starters, they ALWAYS sneak in a ‘contact fitting’ charge, even after going to them for multiple appointments previously - they know my eye shape and what fits, been using the same contacts for 15 years. Secondly, I just moved an hour away and wanted to take my prescription to a different LensCrafters they told me the only way to get my prescription was to pick it up in person, or have it faxed - not emailed like other optometrists. I don’t own a fax machine so they told me they would fax it to a different location. After waiting at the other location for half an hour, I called back and they said the recipients fax machine was busy, so it couldn’t send. So, I want to another location, have a new fax number, and they continued to tell me the same thing, never acknowledging that their fax machine was the one with the issues. At this point it had been an hour and a half of trying to get my prescription and then they just stopped answering my calls. Even the third LensCrafters location couldn’t contact them, they were just not answering the phone. Finally, we were able to get a hold of them and they said they’d upload the prescription to the LensCrafters system - they never did. Called back several times, they never picked up, and finally after 2 and a half hours of this process they closed and never called me back. We got in touch with the Lenscrafters retail team, they walked over to the doctors office desks and found my prescription out on a desk in front of somebody’s computer. They left my personal records, something so important that they couldn’t even email it to me, out on a counter for anybody to see. After all this, I was. Ever able to get my prescription. Will never be back.
