A potential buyer hired Kent Septic for the inspection and they went over our previous report from 3 years prior. We were told 3 years prior if we pumped our septic yearly it would maintain the life of our septic to their purposed 5-7 year guesstimate of life. Well we paid them yearly and they just failed our system. We then called and they stated that the field tech should not have disclosed as that is a breech of confidentially....Great confidentially to their clients, NOT!

I used Kent Septic recently for septic inspection. The inspector that showed up was clean, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how my system worked and how to care for the system. This was very helpful since this was all new to me. I am very happy with the service I received from Kents. I would highly recommend them.

I just got a sewer line inspection done by them today, and so far so good. If anything comes up in the future, I can retract, but as of right now I can say they are prompt, upfront about pricing, understanding, and courteous. The technician that came out, Bill, was very helpful and did what he could to get the job done. I am happy with their service and I recommend them.

Kent Septic has saved me twice. The most recent emergency was on a 4th of July weekend, around 4 P.M. I called Kent Septic and they said someone could be at the house within a couple of hours. I called three other septic companies to see if I could get someone to my home sooner, but it was the weekend of July 4th, and no one was available. Within an hour, the Kent Septic truck pulled up and Chris, the technician, assessed the situation. Prior to calling for the septic service, I made multiple trips to the hardware store trying to find the right tool to unclog the sewer drain, after no success, I was under the assumption that my septic system failed. Within minutes, Chris looked at the situation and confirmed for me that it was not a failed septic system, it was a clog in the sewer drain. Chris immediately emptied the septic tank and started working on the drains. He was able to isolate the location of the issue and he inserted a tool to unclog the drain. Within ten minutes, he cleared the drain, after I spent more than two hours trying to clear it myself. It was a complete relief. I was so impressed with his professionalism and ability to quickly address the issue that I offered him a tip, and he adamantly refused it. Thank you Chris for allowing our family to enjoy the holiday weekend, you did an amazing job. The second time Kent Septic saved me was when I was purchasing a house in Londonderry, NH. The seller’s real estate agent and the owner of the home, both informed me that the septic system had no issues. I still decided to have the septic system checked, so I called Kent. The technician walked over to the leach field and tested a few locations. He walked over to me and said, “I give it two weeks, and it will fail”. Two weeks later, I hear back from the real estate agent, the owner said the septic system failed and was willing to have it fixed. The new septic system ended up costing $18,000. Thanks again Kent for saving me from having to make a major expense.
