United Title & Escrow Services

I have worked with United Title twice in the past 2 years and am super impressed! They are not only professional, but they are attentive, patient and truly care about their clients. Of all the companies I reached out to, they were most responsive and expertly walked me through the process. I would highly recommend their services and would give more than five stars if possible!

Wow, what a great company. We had a tight timeline and needed original signatures for the offer on our house around the holidays(it was a HUD house). Lori (from United Title) drove from Concord to Manchester to sign the paperwork on the Tuesday between Christmas and New Years to make sure we got our offer submitted in time. I was shocked when she said that she'd be right down to take care of it. You can use any title company and probably be fine, but if something out of the norm happens, it's great to know that the people doing your title search are willing to go above and beyond to make sure it goes right. They're a small, local company who remember their clients, and treat you as if you are their ONLY client. I will be suggesting them to any of my friends who are buying houses for their title needs. I've worked with a bunch of title companies over the years and I have to say, I've never received better service than the service that I've received at United Title and Escrow. John, Lori, and Sue all have a great deal of experience and knowledge of the title side of the business. Their size make them nimble and quick to respond and get things done. I never feel like they've lost my files in a pile of others (unlike other bigger firms). I have 100% confidence in the team. I can't imagine having a better firm as my partner in the extremely complex world of title work. Thanks for everything you do! Keep up the great work!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This company is unbelievable. They are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Every client is handled with genuine care and understanding. We have sent many deals their way and have always had the BEST experience. John, Sue and Lori are the perfect combination. I highly recommend them to anyone who could use their superb services!

Could not be happier with United Title and Escrow in Manchester, NH. Assisted and educated me through the entire process when I was buying my first home. I felt comfortable and very welcomed every time I walked through their door. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much to the entire team!
