Dr Reynolds is an expert in his field and he’s very easygoing. He genuinely cares about his patients so it’s easy to share your medical issues with him. If I could I’d give him 10 stars! Thank you for your kindness.
I’ve had nothing but the best customer service both from Dr Reynolds and his staff. Dr Reynolds is professional and very patient. I really appreciated that, he went over my surgery and what was gonna be done and after the surgery again with actual pictures taken from my actual surgery. Answered every annoying question I had with a smile. I’ve had three surgeries prior to this one and by far has been my best experience!
Dr Reynolds was an excellent listener and communicator. He was the second orthopedist I went to, after the first did not explain my pain or limitations and really had nothing to offer besides a cortisone injection. Dr Reynolds showed me my MRI and explained all the findings. We discussed options and I chose a bone marrow aspiration/PRP to restore the joint. I had the procedure recently and am happily waiting for my body to use the help Dr Reynolds gave me to heal.
The whole experience with Dr. Reynolds was great from pre surgery discussions and going over different options, all the way up to and during the procedure itself. Dr. Reynolds cares about his patients and it shows. You’re not just another number, he cares and wants to get your body right and have you come back better than you were before. Also the staff at SVO was amazing in dealing with all the short term disability paperwork that needed to be handled. Would recommend that anyone who is looking for an orthopedic surgeon reaches out to Dr. Reynolds for his opinion.
Dr. Reynolds is great, I like that he goes through the details and shows you images and so on, I will continue to visit him as I am comfortable with the treatments that he recommends.
Dr. Reynolds explains clearly each situation and can advise the best way to follow to solve an issue. He explains also to a patient all the possible options leaving a surgery as last resource to solve a problem.
Dr. Masi Reynolds is a great doctor with a confident and calming bedside manner. In our experience he is particularly gifted in working with children. My son needed an injection of stem cells into his shoulder to repair a torn rotator cuff. As with most 10yo kids, ours has an aversion to needles, and he is predisposed and apprehensive to doctors. Dr. Reynolds was able to distract my son to the point he was unaware the needle was deeply in his shoulder. My son was shocked that the process was over. Nicely done Dr. Reynolds, and I recommend him without reservation.
Dr. Reynolds is the best orthopedic surgeon I know ! I’m able to perform movements without pain after my knee surgery. Dr. Reynolds and his staff are incredible is dealing with patients prior and post surgery….making sure the patient a thorough understanding during the entire surgical process. I’m glad Mr Reynolds was my surgeon is this difficult process as a patient in need of transparent medical service. There is no doubt In mind that I would not recommend Dr. Reynolds and his office to my buddies in need of orthopedic services.
Dr. Masi has helped me get my Mojo back. I’m an aging athlete holding on to my passions of being an active surfing and skiing dad. I felt like he did a fantastic job of understanding what I need and articulated smart options to me so that I could make smart choices. And we’ve created fantastic results with his expertise and medical systems. Mojo recovered! He obviously really cares and knows what he is doing! Thanks a million!
