Kevin is 100% there for you. He's helpful, friendly, and down to earth. He tries to find what you're looking for in a home and investment and wants you to be happy with your experience. He is excellent at what he does and is always trying to learn more. He is a great negotiator. I'd recommend Kevin in a heart beat.
