Absolutely terrible experience with this management company. Refuses to offer recycling program to the buildings and managed offices. I was about to recycle this afternoon and had one of the managers come up to me, remove the recycling I had in my hands and proceeded to throw it into the garbage, he proceeded to laugh in my face when I said stop, we want to recycle. There has been issues with the heating and cooling system for the past three years. They will say the a/c unit is broken, the heat is off, its out of their control, etc etc etc. We are sick and tired of not being heard and nothing being done. It is May 16th and 14 degrees outside, I have a heater on full trying to stay warm. We have fans going all day long in the winter time. The HVAC system has been address several times, and nothing ever seems to change. Time for a new management company that actually care's about their contracts as well as the environment. I still can't get over the fact that he laughed in my face as he dumped my recycling into the garbage bin. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
