Working with Erik Miethner and The Harbour Team to purchase my first property was one of the best decisions I've ever made... period. Erik was able to help me turn my lifelong dream of investing in real estate into a reality within one month of meeting with him. Cam is very highly recommended. He is very knowledgeable in Hamilton area. He found me a great revenue property almost three years ago and I used Cam again to sell the house this past Summer. He got me multiple offers but then the buyer withdrew the offer. Even though that was a let down however, Cam reassured me he will put the house back on the market and will get me another offer quickly. He did above that by getting me multiple offers again and the offer was the same as first one .I am very pleased with his service and will use Cam again if I decide to buy another house in Hamilton in the future.

I contacted Paolo when my wife and I decided to purchase our first investment property in Hamilton. Paolo knows the ins and outs of each neighbourhood..which were good and which to avoid. He is really up to speed on the rental market and helped us understand which properties would get us the best bang for the buck and gave us financial models to work with. He also had a very good eye for the physical state of a house...which looked good but had major potential problems (lead pipes...bad wiring. Etc) and which houses were ' solid' diamonds in the rough. He guided us away from some silly pricing wars that were rife in the area at the time. In the end we got a great house in East Hamilton at a reasonable price that had HUGE interest when we listed it and found a tenant quickly. Paolo's understanding of the neighbourhood demand and rental rates were spot on. He was also one heck of an advocate when the seller 'flaked' on one of our conditions. A pleasure to work with...highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with Paolo. He helped me purchase and sell and investment property in Hamilton. He was very resourceful, knowledgable of the local market and patient with finding the right property as well as waiting for the right offer on the sale. I purchased this property sign unseen and Paolo helped me get the right people in place for a successful project.
