Haven't had heat for over three weeks, management pretends to care but does absolutely nothing about it. Won't even give me a date of when they can come inspect my situation.

Now Investors are starting to lose money !! Dec 15th 2017 investors will lose 10% on the Skyline Apartment REIT . Dividend drops a WHOPPING 10% !!!! While the CEO lines his pockets with investors dividend cash !!

Skyline is an exceptionally caring group of companies. Their commitment to Shelldale Better Beginnings, Better Futures has made a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of children living in the Onward Willow neighbourhood of Guelph. They do so much for us. They heard we needed indoor shoes for the kids and they showed up with enough shoes to cover two tables. They heard we needed volunteers for our Winter Warm-Up fundraiser and asked their staff to come and help. They host our volunteer appreciation dinner (including one year where they cooked hamburgers in the rain!). They are also very generous with their sponsorship. We are grateful to have such a passionate and thoughtful company supporting us.

Skyline provides great service to everyone who interacts with the company...investors, tenants, business partners and staff. Skyline has a huge presence in Guelph, and across Canada, for its commitment to charitable giving, as well as its sustainability efforts. It's also a fantastic place to work. There is a great story behind the company, and the owners' enthusiasm is really shared by all of the "Skyliners." It has a unique and fun company culture that focuses on professionalism, but also friendliness, respect and teamwork.
