Horrible customer service!!!! RUDE!!!! We had ordered the top for Mercedes and a year later it came undone from the glass, so we called to see what we can do. They had advised us that we need to buy a new one and send the other back for inspection to see what was wrong with it. After dealing with them back and fourth for 3 months, we decided to return the second top, which is still in the box(our customer was extremely frustrated with their slow process). Now, they won't take it back saying that it was special order, which it was not!. Sooooo, we called the manufacturer and they told us that the top can be returned. After many, many phone calls back and forth and dealing with extremely rude rep who's name is Mike, we still got no where. Now we are stuck with the product and Keystone Brothers will NOT help us, their customer. Now a former customer
