Great selection, very friendly service. Our cashier was very patient in waiting for us to make up our minds as we kept changing our order around! Our food was fresh and they actually got our order correct even though it was a "special" order.

I love the chicken, especially the buffet! $10 for ALL you can eat is NOT awful! We recently went to Club Oasis for Friday all you can eat FISH &\OR CHICKEN. $11.95 for either\or - combine the two for only $1 more. Tomah KFC no longer has the buffet! :( Only reason I didn't give a 5 rating. There was more than JUST chicken too! IDK Y it was taken away : I wish they'd bring it back - at the same price! Culver's has wonderful fish.... I've not yet tried their chicken; the price is similar only it's NOT a buffet. All 3 places are more than worth returning to.

They just remodeled to take out the buffet, so that's gone completely. It was so cold. There were several tables complaining and even all of the staff were wearing hoodies and jackets. We were served a wrong item, a leg instead of a thigh. No big deal. It wasn't noticed until we got back to a table. One member of our party took the tray back up to the counter to get the right order. The employee took the piece of chicken off the plate and put it BACK UNDER THE HEAT LAMP TO BE SERVED AGAIN TO SOMEONE ELSE and brought her the correct piece. I went up to the counter and informed them that is against state law. The manager came up and I explained what happened to her and her only response was, "Well, they shouldn't have done that." An experience like that makes me question what other health and hygienic standards the staff could be severely uneducated about. The only good things I can say is that every employee was cleaning in their down time and the food tasted okay. I am still in shock to have witnessed the gross act of negligence I did, though.

The KFC was amazing, and they have good food. But there was a person there who acted really mean to the people
